Electronics maintenance is responsible for the maintenance, repair and technical support of process instrumentation and control systems throughout the manufacturing and testing of Roanoke Night Vision products. 
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:    Good mechanical and strong electrical aptitude, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly required by a diverse and extensive amount of electronic control systems within the facility.      Knowledgeable of a wide array of industrial technologies including electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum technology, control systems.    Able to read and interpret schematics, drawings and technical manuals    PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting    Industrial computer and various ISA/PCI bus troubleshooting and repair    Troubleshoot to the component level for the full spectrum of analog, digital, RF, optical and industrial control systems. Must be able to make component level repairs to address non-operational control systems.      Utilize test equipment (DVM, Oscilloscopes, Frequency Generator, computer based, etc.) appropriate to testing objective.    Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting skills for manufacturing, product quality assurance and facilities equipment systems    Perform complete electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance services    Monitor inventory of equipment spare parts; be able to effectively locate replacement parts from a variety of web-based sources.    Experience using various hand and power tools, multi-meter, leak detectors, electronic or computerized test systems etc.
