Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans

Coordinate resolution of open issues with customers; and interact with internal and external customers

Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and ongoing portfolio maintenance, related to low to medium tasks and deliverables

Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record

Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues

Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters which developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Provide guidance and training to peers

Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of collateral documentation, such as, but not limited to mortgages, vehicle title, UCC's etc

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Experience navigating multiple computer systems, applications and utilizing search tools to find information

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Ability to influence and collaborate to drive business results and process improvement

Job Expectations:
