Description We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia. This role revolves around offering outstanding customer service, managing inbound calls, and maintaining meticulous data entry. The successful candidate will be proficient in email correspondence and handling inbound and outbound calls. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and respond to inbound customer calls promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining customer records accurately. Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with customers. Manage email correspondence, responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, manage data, and schedule appointments. Maintain a high level of organization to ensure accurate customer records and efficient work processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered. Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to better assist customers. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team's objectives. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word) Skilled in Data Entry Experience with Email Correspondence Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls Strong Customer Service skills Experience in Answering Inbound Calls Ability to Schedule Appointments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
