Assist walk-in customers when needed, interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Possess excellent communication skills to include following verbal and written instructions.
Protect the security of medical records to ensure confidentiality is maintained.
Retrieve medical records from physician offices to obtain authorizations from insurance companies.
Resolve or clarify unclear information by consulting with doctors office or other facilities.
Detail to completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations a must.
Enter patient information into computer.
Answer phones, forward calls.
Work hours 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Monday - Friday.
