As the Director of Culinary, you’ll lead all aspects of the community’s culinary program, ensuring excellence in food quality, service delivery, menu design, and team engagement. You’ll collaborate with leadership to develop and execute seasonal menus, wellness initiatives, and high-quality dining experiences that reflect our standards for excellence and hospitality.You will:Provide overall leadership and direction to kitchen and dining operations.Oversee the development and execution of menus, recipes, and wellness-focused food options.Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safety and sanitation standards.Lead, coach, and develop culinary team members to achieve service excellence.Collaborate on new business surveys, proforma development, and marketing presentations.Develop and support culinary training programs to drive consistency and creativity.What We’re Looking For:Proven culinary leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings.Strong understanding of nutrition, wellness trends, and quality food production systems.Exceptional communication, organization, and team-building skills.Ability to manage budgets, drive cost efficiencies, and maintain high service standards.Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred.Why Join Us?
