As a member of our team, you'll be instrumental in supporting the onsite Safety Team ensuring all safety protocols and emergency services are effeciently carried out throughout the site.
Heads up: This role will require you to work in all kinds of weather. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be required to work in a team environment with other co-workers and managers
Assist in providing Site Safety Orientation Training
Assist other Safety Coordinators in Safety related duties
Report found safety concerns in a timely manner
Communicate to your manager each day the status of all site safety status
Take injured employees to medical facilities for treatment
Follow up with injured employees treatment and reporting
Perform department administrative duties as assigned
A "safety first" attitude is critical for success in this position
Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Have an avid understanding of all Microsoft applications

Positive attitude and attention to performance details
Working in outdoor weather conditions, rain, heat or cold

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
State or National EMT/Paramedic Certification is REQUIRED
Military Medic Certification is a qualified candidate
All certifications MUST be current and in compliance with National Registry and/or State Office EMS requirements
OSHA 10 Completion is required
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous related experience in Solar or Construction welcomed but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 - 75+ pounds
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
While any tools required to complete job tasks will be provided onsite - please come ready with steel or composite toed boots and hot/cold weather gear. This is your requirement

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
