Duration: full time Temp to hire
Working Hours: 50-58 hours per week
Pay: $28-$32
Per diem: $85.00 on 7 days all hours worked
We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Representative to join our team in Swedesboro NJ & Davenport FL. As a Site Safety Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees, subcontractors, and visitors on our construction site.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and correct potential hazards
- Enforce company and OSHA safety regulations and guidelines
- Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Conduct safety training for all employees, subcontractors, and visitors
- Maintain all necessary safety documentation and records
- Communicate regularly with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety compliance
Requirements:
- bilingual or decent amount of Spanish
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction
- OSHA 30 certification (No exceptions)
- Experience with hazard identification, accident investigation, and corrective action development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety software
