We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team! Full time position for on-site Superintendent based in Richmond area. Superintendent experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day operations at construction site
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to specifications
Coordinate schedules, monitor progress and address issues that arise
Enforce safety regulations
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Project Management and Construction Management skills
Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control
Effective communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Hands-on experience with various construction materials and techniques
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
OSHA 30Hr
Product knowledge of fiber cement and vinyl siding, TPO and shingle roofing
