We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Installer with NABCEP Associates or PVIP qualifications to join our solar installation team. As the Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of photovoltaic systems, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of installers, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, hands-on experience with installation techniques, and a solid understanding of electrical systems. Additionally, strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

As a Lead Installer, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure successful project execution. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
