Fire Protection Equipment Company has been supplying quality equipment and services for over 100 years. Responsibilities of the position includeInspect, Test, Calibrate and Repair various fire equipment and systems including fire extinguishers, Self Contained Breathing Apparatus, gas detection instruments, high pressure cylinders, and fire systems.

Work in a shop environment and in a variety of customer sites. Requires mechanical ability, attention to detail, ability to lift 35-40 pounds without assistance and heavier items with help. Bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, grasping, working with hand tools are typical in our daily work. Acceptable drivers license and drug testing required.

Requires attention to detail in completing the work and recording results.

EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICING ANY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED EQUIPMENT IS HELPFUL BUT

OUR EMPLOYEES KNOW THEIR TRADE AND ARE EAGER TO TEACH YOU

THIS POSITION REQUIRES ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN SERVICING THIS CRITICAL EQUIPMENT.

You should have mechanical ability or construction experience plus acceptable driving record.

Pay DOE, paid vacation, holidays. Insurances include health, life, 401K with generous match. EOE, Vets encouraged to apply.
