FINISH CARPENTER
Install and finish custom cabinetry, moldings, trim, and other detailed carpentry work to meet
design specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
Select, measure, cut, and install various types of wood and other materials.
Ensure all installations are securely fitted, aligned, and finished to Tennessee Designs' high
standards.
Collaborate with the design and construction teams to resolve any issues and ensure timely
project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
Proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws,
hammers, rulers, etc.).
Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and endurance.
High school diploma; further training in carpentry or a relevant field is a plus.

ELECTRICIAN
Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components for faults.
Use testing devices to identify electrical problems in various parts of the building.
Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and standards.
Provide recommendations for energy efficiency and participate in designing electrical systems
for new projects.
Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to ensure timely and
safe completion of electrical aspects of projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an electrician.
Deep understanding of electrical regulations, codes, and standards of practice.
Experience in residential and commercial electrical systems.
Competency in using electrical repair tools and equipment safely.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for working with team members and clients.
A valid electrician license.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a technical college is a plus.

properties.

Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure plumbing aspects of projects are
completed on time and within budget.
Advise clients on plumbing maintenance practices and systems upgrades as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plumber in both residential and commercial settings.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
Familiarity with plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A valid plumbing license.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a trade school or apprenticeship program is highly
