Independent contractor for hire

I am an independent contractor looking for steady weekly work, I build fences sheds and decks, general framing etc, I am capable of compiling a material list and performing every step of the process from the sale to the actual build itself, I have my own truck and tools and am comfortable working independently/ without supervision. I would prefer contracts to 1099/W2 and if we go the hourly route my minimum wage is 25 an hour plus travel time and per diem when applicable for skilled labor and 35 an hour if I'm running a build or supervising.I am generally handy and if I don't have a lot of experience in an area " interior, plumbing and electrical"I have several partners who are.
