Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HVAC Installer to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role will involve weekly travel to various job sites, so a clean driving record and willingness to travel are essential. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in HVAC systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to customers
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns in a professional manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Experience in HVAC work preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to job sites on a weekly basis
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate: $25 - $40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
