Job description
We are searching for a skilled heavy equipment operator.
Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
-Ensuring all equipment is maintained and used in accordance with company health and safety regulations.
-Cleaning, lubricating, and performing regular safety checks on equipment.
-Loading and offloading rocks, debris, and other materials from heavy equipment.
-Performing other construction duties as needed.
-Ensuring sites are kept clean and safe.
Equipment Operator Requirements:
-High school diploma.
-Driver’s License & transportation.
-Prior experience operating a variety of heavy equipment. Equipment you will need to operate are John Deere 331G Compact Track Loader, John Deere 50G Compact Excavator, John Deere 210GLC Excavator.
-Have the skill to fine grade, read grades, read plans.
-Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to follow orders, especially under pressure.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Capacity to provide and follow direction.
-Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
-Ability to work extended hours, as required.
Pay is based on experience
