We are a restoration/construction company that is looking for specialized labor to perform detailed demolition to existing homes. This is careful, clean and careful material removal from homes that people live in.
The removal of kitchen cabinets, sheet rock, plywood, various types of flooring etc.
Keeping the home clean during the demo phase of the work is important.
There is some after hours work that is needed at times and will be expected as needed. All after hours work pays time and half. There is an on call schedule that is maintained for after hour response.
This is perfect for a carpenter that has completed remodel work in the past.
Drivers license required, must pass a criminal background check with no felonies present in any form.
This is a 40 hour job. We support our troops and welcome the veteran work force.
