HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $25-30/hr
HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Description:
Perform general plumbing including repairing leaks, clearing blockages, and maintain water heaters in a timely manner
Maintain apartment appliances by performing refrigerator repairs, dishwasher repairs in a timely manner
Complete HVAC repairs such as filter replacements, thermostat calibrations, and ductwork repairs.
Perform HVAC duties such as installs, uninstalls, and repairs
Complete daily security and safety check walkthroughs of the property
Ensure that the grounds are free of litter and debris at all times.
Perform work order requests and documentation of work orders in the mobile maintenance platform
Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Maintenance Superintendent.
Know the location of gas and water meter emergency cut offs, all apartment and fixture cut offs, and sewer clean outs.
Maintain a professional appearance in uniform and display a good attitude at all times.
Perform work orders with “same day completion” in mind.
Review work orders with Maintenance Superintendent on a daily basis.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Superintendent.
Responsible for adherence to policies outline outlined in Employee Handbook.
Responsible for keeping the Maintenance shop clean and in order at all times.
Follow the Maintenance General Operating Policies.
HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of experience in HVAC
Must have HVAC Certification
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
