SEEKING BIDS FOR 2 PROJECTS:
PROJECT #1. Remove & Replace rotten fencing on each side of house to include 2 walk-through gates & 1 car gate. Fence job will be paid upon completion.
PROJECT #2. Rebuild/Salvage Tool Shed - This is a larger project which requires experience with Framing, Electric, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, and interior finishing. This job will not start until fencing job is completed. I will post again when ready to start tool shed job and if qualified, you are welcome to bid on a component or all of Tool shed job when Im ready to begin.
I will purchase all materials and you will pick them up from supplier and deliver as needed to job site. Job site to be kept clean of debris with daily debris disposal as needed. I will have a roll-off delivered.
Must be experienced, have insurance for the larger job (Tool Shed) and have references from previous jobs. Also have some experience in applying design to build.
