Title - PC Tech / Desk Side Support - H/W and S/W Troubleshooter For The End Users
Location - Jefferson David Hwy, Richmond, Va 23234
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Start Date - Monday 8/27/18
Term - temp to perm after 90 days with benefits
Pay Rate - $16 per hour ; pay rate will increase 1,2,3 dollars more per hour after the 90 day period
Scope - provide hardware and software computer troubleshooting support to the end users via a help desk ticketing application. Provide IT project support (installs, moves, adds, changes).
Skill Set Requirement - 2 years IT troubleshooting support for computer hardware and software issues. Hardware includes Dell laptops, desktops. Software includes MS Operating System, and common commercial apps like MS Office, MS Outlook. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, image/configure a hard drive ; backup and restore end user data. Should know how to provide remote support via utility application.
Technician should be a self-starter with excellent people skills / customer service skills.
