i-Rite in Chesterfield & Short Pump are in search of a new repair technician to join our team. We are the most reputable smartphone and tablet repair specialists in the Richmond area. We specialize in a wide range of smartphone and tablet repairs, from replacing broken screens, charger ports, or batteries to reviving a water damaged phone. i-Rite can handle most any problem or repair on almost any iPhone, iPad, Samsung and many other smart devices.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience repairing iPhones and iPads in a retail environment
Ability to work flexible hours
Excellent customer service skills for communication with customers in person and on the phone
Experience is required repairing Smartphones, Tablets, Electronics, or PC/MACs in a retail environment
Technical, problem solving, and diagnostic skills with fine detail
High school diploma or GED
Well Organized
Work well in team environment
Must be 18 years or older and be able to pass background check
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Diagnose problems with devices, troubleshoot for best solution, and conduct repairs
Greet customers and answer phones with a professional attitude
Work directly with customers and explain issues with devices in a simple non-technical manner
Provide customers with estimates on repairs
Strive to ensure that all repairs are done properly and in a reasonable time frame
Maintain the professional appearance of the store
