Job Overview:

If so, Next Round is looking for you to join our team as an Event Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

Execution of Golf Club Trade-In Services

Customer Interaction: Proactively engage with golf professionals and club members to communicate our products and services effectively, establishing strong relationships.

On-Site Execution: Organize and execute events and pickups, ensuring smooth setups and optimal merchandising.

Lead Generation: Actively gather on-site sales leads, opportunities, and market intelligence to drive business growth.

Technology Use: Utilize company-provided technology (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, and inventory management systems) to accurately record transactions, process trade-ins, and communicate event results.

Travel & Event Support: Travel to various locations to execute trade-in events, with overnight stays required based on event locations.

Inventory Processing & Support

Intake Team Responsibilities: When not working at an event, assist the intake team in processing incoming inventory, ensuring accurate categorization, quality control, and data entry into the system.

Efficiency & Accuracy: Maintain attention to detail while handling high volumes of golf equipment, verifying specifications, and preparing items for resale.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of golf and comfort in private country club environments.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Comfortable using technology for transaction processing, inventory tracking, and communication.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling for work-related events, including overnight stays as needed.

Compensation:

Pay: $25 per hour

Travel & Lodging: Covered by the company for required overnight stays
