Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Sales Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in exploring vehicles, providing information about pricing and specifications, selling vehicles, and ultimately guiding customers through the sales process. They will also maintain customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Sales Consulting and/or Automotive Sales skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Agility in social media networking and individual marketing
Willingness and experience to communicate and market through video
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Prior experience in car sales is a plus but not necessary
