Qualifications

2nd is the ability & desire to learn
Some customer service or construction trade experience
Be able to lift 35 lbs
Be able to stand for extended periods
Minimal computer skills required
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
Some knowledge of plumbing products would be beneficial. We can teach you, it's not rocket science
Works and plays well with others
Some Spanish proficiency would be nice
Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
Take sales orders over the phone and in person
Learn to enter orders into our computer system. We don't use scanners!
Make our customers feel welcome
Pull & stage will call orders
Build & maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers
Keep store shelves stocked and area clean
Increase order size by recommending relevant add-ons
Learn to cycle count inventory using computer generated lists
Assist other employees as required
Get here on time. We start work at 7:00 AM
Stay off your phone and leave the earbuds in your car
