Job description
- Help in turning over apartments
- Prefer to have some basic knowledge on electrical and plumbing
- Help in daily maintenance request
- Landscaping
- Painting exterior and interior
- Cleaning apartments
- Everyday is different
- Properties located in the fan/museum district on Arthur Ashe Blvd. Sometimes work will be outside Richmond City
- Working for private family business
- Flexible with schedule
- MUST have reliable transportation
