We are looking for someone with experience in a construction office to monitor and review cost against approved estimates and contracts. Experience with spreadsheets and scanners would be required. The work will consist of data entry and comparing quotes and invoices to existing approved work.
Understanding of construction materials and construction in general would be very helpful, but not required.
This is a part time position, perfect for the person that has kids in school. Hours for the work are from 10am to 2pm. This is an in office position only.
We do full back ground checks on all of our employees and we can not employ people with any felony activity on those reports.
