Coordinator of Ministry to Seniors

Centenary United Methodist Church, a Reconciling Church with a strong commitment to its mission in downtown Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Coordinator of Ministry to Seniors, Part-time, to provide compassionate care and leadership to senior adult members and programs. This individual will maintain regular contact and visitation with senior adult church members who are grieving, homebound, hospitalized, in a nursing home or serving as a caregiver. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in religion or a human services field, and two years of work or volunteer experience in the field of compassionate care.
