We are a non-profit organization that has been serving our community for 18 years. Our business is growing and we will be interviewing in the next 2 weeks for our Community Based Mental Health and Autism Spectrum programs.

The positions involve the provisions for an array of counseling, training and educational services within the home and community setting. Facilitating parent and peer support groups as needed is also expected. Counselors, life coaches and behavioral technicians are responsible for all client related documentation and reports as well as the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans. Must use your own transportation to transport clients. You must submit your resume in Word Format to be considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

For our Behavior Therapy and Autism Spectrum Programs one must be a high school graduate or have a GED and have 4 years of experience working with children diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder.

For Intensive In-home and Mental Health Skill Building for children and adults one must have a Baccalaureate degree in Psychology or Human Services and one year of clinical work experience with children and or adults in the field of psychology, social work, education or other allied discipline or a graduate degree in a profession related to childcare and development or a non-related Baccalaureate or Associates Degree with 3 years experience with direct care experience and implementation of treatment care goals.

Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Arabic a plus
