Pick and pack customer orders with laser accuracy right item, right quantity, right packaging.
Stage and ship orders to meet carrier cutoffs and same-day shipping targets.
Collaborate with team members to resolve order issues within service standards.
Track and report shipping cost variances.
Success Metric: 100% of in-stock orders placed by 4:00 PM ship same day.
Receive and Restock
Receive all incoming shipments from stock to returns within 24 hours.
Spot damages and discrepancies immediately and enter them into the system.
Get it on the shelves, in the right bin, without delay.
Keep receiving stations clean, organized, and ready for action.
Success Metric: All inbound shipments and returns are received and stocked within 24 hours.
Packing Material Management
Keep packing stations stocked and clutter-free.
Forecast and submit bi-monthly packing material orders on time and within budget.
Balance efficiency with cost. No over-ordering. No stockouts.
Success Metric: Supply orders submitted on schedule and under budget.
Warehouse and Office Maintenance
Open and close the warehouse daily lights are on, the alarm is set, mail is retrieved, and safety checks are done.
Tidy isnt a task, its the baseline.
Handle light maintenance: screw it, replace it, organize it.
Track office supply levels and communicate reorder needs.
Success Metric: Facility walk-throughs completed and logged weekly.
