Seeking Millwork Project Managers

We are searching for a strong, experienced Project Manager to join our team
Experience managing many different sizes of Commercial Architectural Millwork Projects
Ability to read and interpret Architectural Drawings and Specifications
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Bluebeam
Superior time management and organizational skills
Willing to do whatever it takes to get the Job done on time
-Responsiblities
You will effectively manage multiple $5K to $2 Million+ projects simultaneously on time, and within budget, while achieving an outstandingly high standard of quality
You will bring experience managing Projects large and small, working with casework and custom pieces in a millwork shop
Your project team includes Engineering and Production professionals
You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right, under budget and on time!
You will provide a clearly defined path of construction for all Projects, perform site visits and punch list walks, and act as a liaison between the Client and the Shop
You will negotiate with, and coordinate with Vendors and Sub-Contractors
Project Managers lead a team of Engineering and Production professionals to complete Projects ranging from $5K to $2 Million+ on time, and within budget, while achieving a high standard of quality
The Project Manager will be solely responsible for the timely execution of the Project, requiring excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Manage multiple Projects simultaneously
Provide a full understanding of Construction Documents, Schedules, and Contracts
Provide a clearly defined path of construction for all Projects, perform site visits and punch list walks, and act as a liaison between the Client and the Shop
Negotiate with, and coordinate with Vendors and Subcontractors
Monitor and control costs to deliver a Project within budget
