Busy machine shop in South Chesterfield, VA is looking to hire a full-time person with CNC Set up and run experience. Our climate controlled machine shop manufactures precision mechanical parts. Looking for someone with a good knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing and quality.
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with all types of machine shop equipment
- Familiarity with FANUC controls
- Ability to work with tolerances
- Able to read and interpret all types of drawings
- Several years’ experience required with Lathes & 3 axis VMC
- Work with other members to complete tasks
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility will be set-up of First Article (FA)
- Setup, run, & load tools efficiently to operate CNC’s.
- Able to organize self to operate several machines
