We are looking for a skilled subcontractor that can tackle most complicated construction projects, intermediate to advanced skill level for help with projects of the following nature.
- Decks and Fences
- Property restructuring and lifting
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Flooring project
- Heavy electrical and plumbing (to include commercial and residential service work)
- Concrete
- Framing and Carpentry
- Mold remediation
- HVAC a plus
- Drywall (to include finishing and texturing)
- Siding projects
- Roof repairs
Etc.
Person should have at least ten years of experience. Licensed individuals preferred but will consider other candidates with appropriate experience.
We are not seeking an employee type arrangement, we are seeking a subcontractor, pay by job, contract it out further if know how to do that. Individuals that can manage multiple folks to get a things done are desired. We are looking for a contractor that we can partner with to create a lot of value together and make a lot of money.
