Water Damage Lead Technicians are responsible for responding to all activities and assisting homeowners during their time of need. Qualified candidates ideally have prior experience handling fire, water, smoke, and natural disaster claims in the restoration/mitigation industry. A major plus would be to have IICRC certifications for water and fire mitigation and restoration. Applicants with experience in the following industries are welcome to apply: Restoration, Construction, Carpentry, Plumbing, Maintenance, Engineering, Skilled Labor, etc.
Benefits:
Pay is up to $24 per hour, based off experience and any IICRC certifications

Responsibilities:
Professionally represent the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Provide assistance for emergency property damages
Maintain open communication with homeowners and office
Responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and a clean and safe job site
Ability to use a smartphone for various programs regarding job-specific information
Must be able to read and follow directions
Qualifications:
One to three years of experience with some or all of the following is preferred, but willing to train and pay for the needed mitigation certifications:
Perform water extraction and mold remediation
Set drying equipment and monitor moisture levels until the drying standard is met
Removal of damaged structural materials and cleanup
Appropriate certifications related to fire, water, carpentry, etc.
Ability to walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift, and carry 50lbs or more daily
Display a positive attitude with team spirit, great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
Schedule flexibility to work after hours and on-call on an as-needed basis

Due to the nature of our business, work conditions vary. You may be inside or outside in a crawlspace. Affecting factors may be weather, temperature, noise, or hazardous conditions such as standing water, smoke/soot, electrical current, tight spaces as in attics and crawlspaces, high heat, and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
