Farm labor needed for Regenerative Farm (250 acres plus additional leased land)
-Animals include grass-fed cows (beef and herdhsare dairy)-approximately 100 head
- Free-range layers (chickens) and pastured poultry (meat chickens)
- Pastured pigs
- Seasonal produce
-Daily milking, collecting of eggs, feeding/watering of animals required
-Assisting with building projects (infrastructure)
-Haying, mowing, seeding
-Moving of cross-fencing multiple times per week
-Internship and part to full-time positions available
-Must be hard working and willing to work in all types of weather
-Strong work ethic
-Pay commensurate with experience
-No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use of any kind on the property
We deliver to the Richmond and Coastal Virginia areas two days a week.
