Property Caretaker

123 year old estate on 6 acres in the near west end of Richmond needs a talented and skilled caretaker. This is a permanent full or 30 hr part time position. Applicant must be able to do it all, including grounds maintenance as well as a full schedule of interior home maintenance. Must be experienced in carpentry, painting, light electrical , plumbing and general home maintenance. Grounds keeping(the bulk of the job) involves planting, mowing, edging and pool, pond and sprinkler maintenance. Applicant must be a self starter and be able to see problems and take care of them without having to be told what to do all of the time. Driver's license and references are required.
