Porter/Groundsman needed
Position requires driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, presentable grounds at our apartment communities. This involves daily visits to the different apartment communities with general cleanup - mostly outdoor, some indoor. You may also have some landscaping responsibility. You must be able to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4PM, with on-call rotation. Must be able to climb extension ladders and use step ladders independently.
