TEAM LEADER:
This position reports directly to our Operations Manager. Applicant will be responsible for leading a crew in the performance of daily duties which include: pruning, weeding, mowing, mulching, hedge trimming and other tasks as needed.
Applicant must take pride in their work, appreciate a clean work site and enjoy working as a team. Applicant will be expected to maintain efficiency and quality for every project or property serviced.
We desire our employees to be professional, friendly, neat and well spoken(Customer interaction required)
A valid Driver's License with no serious infractions is also required. Work is performed all year and in all weather conditions. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and the starting rate will be based on experience.
