HVAC Maintenance tech

Nottingham Green Apts is looking for a reliable maintenance technician, CFC certified and Driver's License required. Duties to perform also include but not limited to ensure adherence to customer service standards, work within deadlines with or without supervision, interact professionally with other employees and tenants, complete turns for new apartments move-ins, repair and maintain property plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, help as needed throughout the property when inclement weather arises; and as needed to perform overtime, weekend, holiday work and on-call duties, etc.
