House Keeping, Janitor, Laundry, Stock & Inventory Positions

We are looking to hire cleaners, janitor, laundry, stock/inventory positions to join our growing team. In this role, which reports to crew lead, you will clean homes and build client relationships. This role may be the right fit if you pay close attention to details, work well with a team and on your own, pride yourself on a job well done and aren't afraid to apply a little elbow grease. At some of these sites units available for the cleaners to live onsite if needed. Job Responsibilities: Completing light cleaning duties according to the provided checklists (e.g wiping surfaces, emptying trash, floor, vacuuming and mopping, changing linen) Managing a particular area of the client's home and ensuring high level of quality. Working on your owe, assessing a client's home prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment to customize the cleaning job or clients wishes. Building positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect. Complying with proper safety polices and procedures. Transporting all equipment and supplies from each visit, collecting payments from clients when required, Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to crew lead. Accurately log your billable hours using a time tracking app, Need Valid DL, able to lift 25+pounds, Able to stand kneel and climb stairs Great at organizing and solving problems, Good work ethic and positive attitude, Can work both independently and as part of a team environment. Can communicate well Previous cleaning experience is an asset Working Hours Part Time year around, 11am-4pm daily $15-18/hour This is an 1099 position, This position will require a background check upon hire or you can provide a legal background check from a government resources. Janitor Position can live onsite if qualified, Compensation is negotiable. Laundry, Stock and Inventory Position may vary, Part Time all year around Daily $12-$14/hour All these position are Part time position All of our staff are Sub-contractors, and require to have EIN/Business Insurance - If you do not have these qualification, Our company will help you require these qualifications.
