COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT NEEDED:
We are a full service exterior building reconstruction contractor seeking to add new supervisors for long term, well paid positions within our growing company.
As a Project Supervisor in our company, applicants should have a minimum of 5 years construction field management experience and meet the requirements listed below:
Basic Function: To handle all day to day operations of all production employees, materials, equipment, scheduling, quality control, customer relation and all other functions related to the job site assigned. All AWR supervisors are functionally working supervisors.
Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to the Production Manager.
Authority: To schedule work for all production employees assigned to them. To order materials, equipment and all other job related items as authorized on approved Purchase Orders. To represent the company in all job related aspects.
Responsibility: Manage production labor, equipment and materials such that projects are completed on or under budget. Maintain safety at all times and in all aspects of production. Maintaining an inventory of all equipment and all materials assigned to them. Providing quality and safety training to employees. Maintaining accurate job reports, safety records, time sheets and safety data sheets and expense reports. Quality control and safety programs. All relations between company employees and customers.
DUTIES: The Site Supervisor Duties include but are not limited to:
Communicating job progress daily with the Product Manager at the appointed time
Daily Job Status Reports Completed Daily & Turned in at appointed time.
Time Sheets- Accurately record employee time and task information in the time tracking software Daily
Training of New Personnel- Performed daily with progress reports being turned in at appointed time.
Safety- Safety meetings completed once per week with report being turned in at appointed time.
Customer Relations on Job Site: Communicating with customers about job time frame, progress, informing them of any delays, weather days etc.
Materials Ordering: Turning in orders weekly at appointed times and to maintain adequate supply of materials for the jobsite(s).
Monitor Quality of Work Being Performed by Daily Inspections & reported Daily.
Equipment Maintenance & Security: Daily Inspections & reported Daily.
Report any Damage Caused by our Personnel & doing so at time of occurrence
Report any misconduct of jobsite personnel while on job site at time of occurrence
Report any errors or budget problems daily
