We are looking to add to our staff of assistants at the Brook Run Animal Clinic. The right candidate will provide excellent service to both patients & clients in a fast paced environment with professionalism, compassion and high attention to detail.
As part of the team you will be expected to:
Restrain animals of all sizes during examinations, communicate information clearly to clients, walk animals outside throughout the day, sterilize equipment and regularly clean examination areas, and clearly record relevant information about patients, including weight and types of medication given.
Applicants must have:
Expert animal handling skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks depending on needs.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Split shift)
7AM - 12PM
3PM - 6PM
Some weekends & holidays are required as well.
