Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist to drive growth by connecting with Medicaid and private pay clients in need of home health care services. This role requires in-person community engagement, relationship-building with local businesses, and proactive marketing to establish Colonial Quality Home Care as a trusted name in the area.
-Pay rate: 15.00- $20.00 Hourly
-Part Time: 30 Hours a week

Responsibilities:
1. Community Outreach & Networking:
Build relationships with local rehabilitation centers, hospitals, senior living facilities, and community organizations to establish referral partnerships.
Attend and represent the company at local events, health fairs, and community gatherings to raise awareness about our services.
Network with healthcare professionals and community leaders to identify opportunities for collaboration.
2. Event Coordination:
Organize and participate in community events to showcase our services and connect with potential clients and their families.
Set up and manage booths or presentations at local events, ensuring a professional and welcoming presence.
3. Marketing Strategy Execution:
Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards to promote our services to the local community.
Collaborate with the team to implement targeted campaigns aimed at Medicaid and private pay clients.
Identify and recommend innovative approaches to reach new client populations.
4. Sales Funnel Development:
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with potential leads in person.
Work with the team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on outreach efforts and marketing campaign success.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing community engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
A degree in related areas like Public Relations, Digital Media, or Management.
Certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or social media management) to complement their education.
While formal education is valuable, relevant experience in marketing, community engagement, or sales is equally important for this position.
Proven experience in marketing, community outreach, or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Familiarity with Medicaid services and private pay options is a plus.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
