We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join us on Saturday and Sunday mornings. As a Weekend Breakfast Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests start their day with delicious, well-prepared breakfast dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast meats.
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
Flexibility to accommodate special dietary requests and preferences.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a breakfast cook is a must
Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work Saturday and Sunday mornings (7 am – 3 pm)
Some weeknight evening availability is a plus!
