Job description
We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, reliable cook that is energetic and motivated.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare the basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes.
- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
- Prepare all prep lists according to recipe requirements and adhere to product sensitivity
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents by maintaining an orderly work station.
- Ensure the highest possible food quality
- Clean and sanitize on a routine basis.
- Ensure proper rotation of all products and stock products to determined pars.
Qualifications include:
- No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate
- Attention to detail and cleanliness required
- High level of professionalism.
- Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.
- Ability to take direction and show initiative
Pay Frequency: Twice monthly
This Job Is:
