Richmond Restaurant Group is hiring a roundsman chef. This role requires the chef to work different stations at various locations within the restaurant group. The candidate must be comfortable on all stations including grill, sauté and pantry. Sushi and raw bar experience are a plus, but not required. Experience with ordering is also a plus.
The ideal candidate is responsible and self driven, punctual and organized, with strong communication skills. Flexibility and the ability to switch gears on short notice are key. If you are a self starter that prefers a change of scenery to always being in the same location, this may be the position for you.
