We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a passion for meal preparation. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Prefer 5 years + kitchen experience.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth timing for each order during service hours for the best quality
Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional food service to guests.
Skills:
Proven experience as a cook in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food service industry.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and dietary requirements as needed.
