Looking for a solid cook with several years of professional cooking experience. The ideal candidate has seafood experience and scratch cooking in various types and styles of cuisine. Must have your own knives and ability to demonstrate great knife skills, organization, speed and efficiency in prep and production. Looking for someone who has proficiency with the usual stations in a restaurant. Any baking and pastry experience is a plus. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday (this may vary occasionally around the holiday season) lunch 4 days with dinner for 10 people two of those 4 days. Fun, friendly work environment with an open kitchen, lots to learn about seafood and the potential to grow with the company. Servsafe certified is a plus but not required.
