We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join us at 2024 Style Weekly voted Best Bar in Richmond! As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests with delicious, well-prepared dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
Flexibility to accommodate special dietary requests and preferences.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a line cook is a must
Knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work nights and weekends
ServSafe certification a plus
