Our kitchen serves meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner "cafeteria" style, primarily to young adults and children with special needs. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.

Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Collaborate with our Culinary Director to develop nutritious and delicious meals that cater to the needs of our community.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes teamwork.

Requirements:

5+ years previous experience as a Kitchen Manager/Chef

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations.

Passion for serving the community, particularly young adults and children with special needs.
