Sous Chef/Lead Line Cook PM position with creative American/California with a twist of Pan Asian cuisine. Full ABC License

Experience working in a small 3-person kitchen/line position. Looking for a great Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef to do Dinner and a few Brunch shifts. Must have 2 years of full-time experience working in high volume kitchen. Basic knife skills, temp meats, and fish is a must! Basic knowledge of Food/Labor costs is ideal.

SERV-SAFE MANAGER is preferred for this position. Your hourly rate will exceed your current income. Income details will be discussed during your interview. No late nights, it's a restaurant, not a bar.
