Job Specifications:

Pay Rate: Competitive, depending on experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lift coils using an overhead crane at a certified level.
Safely operate electric, pneumatic, hand, and flame-based tools.
Weld or braze components at various angles including vertical, flat, and overhead.
Work with multiple types of materials and perform flux core and TIG welding.
Build coils including fins and casings.
Manage and move oversized fin bundles.
Push or pull coils on carts and bend/weld distributors.
Test coils for leaks and expand coils at a qualified level.
Identify and tag unsafe equipment.
Assist in other departments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to 5S standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to see details at close range for extended periods.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand stability for precision work.
Capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable wearing a weld helmet for long durations.
Ability to stand for long periods and frequently stoop/bend.
Follow directions from supervisors or leads effectively.
Proficient in measuring according to drawings and interpreting them once trained.
Basic understanding of math.
Open to constructive criticism and feedback.
Maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
