Temporary Human Resources Assistant

Description:2 month project to help reorganize the HR Dept

Clean out, organize, alphabetize, scan and categorize Employee Records, I9s, all personnel documents

Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and direct communications between colleagues and customers

Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain calendars

Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms, and edit communications such as reports and instructional documents

Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, and review and maintain written and computer files

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain meeting minutes

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Conduct data entry

Research and collect information on administrative matters

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have 2 years of administrative experience

No degree required

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
